A Bit About Clare
Clare has always had a passion for fitness, so it only felt natural to her to become an instructor. She has trained in various different disciplines from body conditioning to aqua and enjoys teaching a more holistic side to fitness.
Clare teaches Yoga fusion which is a blend of yoga and Pilates. Continuing with her theme of fusion, Clare also teaches Barre which is a fusion of ballet and Pilates, focusing on lower body strength. Clare always makes her classes fun and enjoyable.
