A Bit About Rach

For Rach, yoga is a lifestyle. She believes that there are many things we can learn on our mat and transpose to our everyday lives to help us lead more fulfilling and content lives.

 

She has been teaching a number of years and had various trainings. These include: 200 RYT in Dharamshala India and her 300 RYT in Mysore, India, 100+hrs Ashtanga Vinyasa with David Swenson, London. She has also trained with and been guided by wonderful and world renown teachers such as Scott Johnson, Kino Macgregor, Ambra Vallo, Adam Keen, Dylan Wernerm & Norman Blair.

 

Having studied and practiced various styles [Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Pre/Post Natal and Yoga for Children], she is able to create and hold a safe, fluid, well rounded practice that suit all. Whatever your abilities, experience levels, confidence, flexibility, knowledge - Rach will make you feel relaxed, welcome and ready to explore your own yoga world!

 

She will offer options, variations, modifications, challenges and alternatives alike, each catered for each individual in the space. Rach hopes to share her passion, excitement, energy and love for the ever evolving practice of yoga and will always include movement, meditation, anatomy and alignment in her classes.
