Service Description

If you sit a lot or suffer from back pain, neck pain or frequent tension headaches, this is the class for you. A slow-paced session that focuses on spine mobility, releasing tight hamstrings causing lower back pain, loosening all the muscles up and down from the spine and releasing tension from your neck to your coccyx. We'll hold some of these stretches for up to two minutes to help release the tightness and tension that builds up in our hamstrings and lower back.
